Redeveloper of River Park Commons at NBN6 meeting Sept 14, 2009

In 2007 Neighbors Building Neighborhoods Sector 6 held a “State of the Sector Conference, which focused on land use planning. Fostering communication among neighborhoods, residents, stakeholders, businesses, and developers is a vital component of wise land use. Since that time, NBN6 has provided a forum for project updates as they progressed from planning stages through completion. One such project is the Mt. Hope Avenue site formerly known as River Park Commons. Conifer Realty is redeveloping the site. Allen Handelman of Conifer Realty will join us at the September NBN6 meeting to share Conifers latest plans for this important new development in the South Wedge Neighborhood.
