Dear Community Partner:
The City of Rochester is in the process of developing the 2010-2015 Consolidated Community Development Plan. This plan includes a community profile, a housing and homeless needs assessment, housing market analysis, strategic plan and annual action plan. As part of the process, we are seeking input to identify needs of the community. The City will discuss the Consolidated Planning process and gather input on community needs.
The SE meeting will be held on December 7, 2009 from 6 to 7:30 pm at 846 S. Clinton Avenue.
