Highland Park Conservancy’s Summer Tours: July 22 & Aug 21

Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Past and Present Buildings of Highland Park.
The Highland Park Conservancy will host a walking tour of Historic Highland Park featuring ‘The Buildings of Highland Park Past and Present’. The walk, free and open to the public, will begin at the Lamberton Conservatory at 7 pm on July 22nd. The walk is scheduled to take just over an hour and will end at the Highland Bowl in time for you to enjoy the Movie in the Park, ‘Three Amigos’, rated PG. Bring a friend or three and enjoy a summer evening in Highland Park. Tim O’Connell, Highland Park Conservancy Board Member and advocate for all our parks, will lead this tour.
Meet in front of the Conservatory at 7:00 p.m. for the tour.
Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Past and Present Buildings of Highland Park.
Tim O’Connell will lead an encore tour of the Park’s architectural treasures.
